Solar Powered Auto Darkening Welding Helmet Product Description

This solar powered auto darkening welding helmet features the TRUE COLOR design, which eliminates the lime green tint and provides protection for your eyes during welding. The viewing size is 3.66"x1.69", allowing for optimal visibility. You can easily adjust the SHADE, SENSITIVITY, and DELAY CONTROL settings to suit different welding modes. The helmet comes with a replaceable lithium BATTERY and utilizes solar panel technology for recharging while welding.

Helmet Installation Guide

Installing the adjustable headband is a quick and simple process. Follow these steps for proper installation (you can also refer to the instructional video):

Insert the PLASTIC SCREW (Part 17) through the hole in the HEADBAND (Part 9), and attach the ANGLE SET NUT (Part 16) (Note: ensure the raised edge faces backward). Place the ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (Part 15) on the ANGLE SET NUT, with the raised part facing upward. Attach the ANGLE SET PLATE 1 (Part 14) onto the ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (the plate 1 can be adjusted). Secure the HEADBAND (Part 9) onto the HELMET SHELL (Part 8), ensuring the square part fits into the slot. Attach the CHECK NUT (Part 13) and tighten the PLASTIC NUT (Part 12) (Avoid overtightening).

MIG

To use MIG welding, insert the MIG control switch into the appropriate sockets. Connect the MIG gun cable to the (-) terminal of the welder and the work clamp to the (+) terminal. Set the work indicator to MIG mode and select the wire size accordingly.

TIG

Connect the TIG torch to the negative (-) terminal of the welding machine. Ensure the work clamp is connected to the positive terminal (+) and the gas hose is attached to the gas regulator on the cylinder. Set the work indicator to TIG mode for welding steel and stainless steel.

MMA

For DC (+) welding, connect the electrode cable to the (+) terminal. Adjust the work clamp to the (-) terminal. Set the work indicator to MMA mode. For DC (-) welding, switch the connections so that the electrode cable is connected to (-) and the work clamp to (+). Both methods can be used.
