The band saw features a 7-3/4 inch square aluminum table that can tilt between 0 degrees to 45 degrees for bevel cuts. An adjustable miter gauge allows for precise cuts, and you can even stack workpieces to make exact duplicates in one pass. The overall size of the band saw is 15 inches wide x 20 inches high x 11 inches deep and weighs 13 lbs. With a variable blade speed of 425 to 650 ft/min, the band saw includes a .180 inch wide x .031 inch kerf x 41-7/8 inches long x 14 tpi blade, adjustable ball bearing blade guide, and instructions. It is made in Japan.

For optimal performance, we recommend using our MicroFlow concentrated coolant and lubricant, a 16 oz. oil-less synthetic fluid formulated for use with our band saw and cooling systems. This coolant inhibits bacterial growth, prevents rust, and can be mixed with water to make up to 4 gallons of coolant.

For even more versatility, consider adding our Cooling System, which includes a reservoir, valve, tubing, gasket, collection tray, and hardware. This system is essential for cutting hard materials like stone, tile, ceramics, gems, minerals, and glass. The system also includes a diamond blade that must be used with the cooling set.
